If you prefer to use your PayPal account, select this option during the payment process and you will be redirected to the PayPal platform to complete the transaction securely.In this mode the payment will be charged as the customer has contracted with paypal in the same way the returns where the company has to pay any amount will be made by the same route. This modality does not have any cost for the client.


In the event that it is necessary to make a return, we will proceed as follows:

  • Refund via the same payment method: Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the initial purchase. For bank cards, the refund may take between five and ten days to appear in the customer’s account. Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so THE PERFUMERY does not know or record these details during the payment transaction.
