Ordering and pricing
Customers can place all their orders from the website: www.theperfumeryBarcelona.com.
Each customer declares that they have full capacity to use credit cards and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through THE PERFUMERY.
By clicking on the “Pay” button during the purchase process, the member declares his/her full and unreserved acceptance of all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by THE PERFUMERY constitute proof of the transactions made between THE PERFUMERY and the members of its Private Community. THE PERFUMERY will confirm your order by sending an email.
The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.
All taxes are included in the prices of our products, but transport costs are not included.
Transport costs for national shipments (Spain) will be free of charge. For international shipments will have a cost of 10€ per shipment to Europe and America. For shipments to Asia and Oceania will have a cost of 15 € per shipment.
The minimum purchase is 70€ (not including shipping or other costs).
THE PERFUMERY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of orders (subject to availability of the product), unless there is a manifest typographical error.
The products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the price has been made.
THE PERFUMERY reserves the right to refuse an order from any member with whom it has a dispute.
THE PERFUMERY will do its best to please all its customers in the demand for products.
In the event of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of the order.
Following this request, the speed of the return to the customer’s bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are again specified in the “Delivery” clause.
- Payment by credit card:
Purchases are made by credit card. Bank cards accepted are: Visa and MasterCard. The purchase price will be debited from the customer’s bank account within 4 days from the date of the order and will be deemed effective upon confirmation of your agreement from the bank payment centres.
In the event that the POS (Point of Sale) informs of the refusal of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer on-line of this cancellation.
- Cash on delivery:
Payment is made at the time of collection at the post office.
The additional cost for this modality is 3,50
The order will be picked up at the nearest post office.
For money refunds will be made as follows as long as the amount does not exceed 6 €, in which case a voucher will be made for the next purchase.
A transfer will be made where the customer indicates.
- Bank transfer:
This method of payment will have no cost to the customer.
The amount of the returns will be debited from the account indicated by the customer.
In order to pay an invoice, it must be stated:
Name of the person entering it.
It must be addressed to THE PERFUMERY on the account number provided by the company.
Send the proof of income to: info@theperfumeryBarcelona.com sending the proof of income in the subject line.
In this modality the payment will be charged according to the client has contracted with paypal in the same way the refunds where the company has to pay some amount will be made by the same way.
This modality has no cost to the customer.
Safety and security
For your security THE PERFUMERY has trusted the credit card payment system to a payment gateway.
The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank’s servers and are then verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.
This data entry procedure is guaranteed by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) -128 bit encryption technology, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, thanks to which no third party will have Internet access to this information relating to the bank details entered by the customer.
Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so THE PERFUMERY does not know or record these details during the payment transaction.
The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where they will leave the products whose final destination will be the address that the buyer establishes. Each time an order is to be shipped, the buyer will receive an email.
The transport costs are to be borne by the buyer.
The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at THE PERFUMERY , once payment has been confirmed, which can be viewed via the link: “My Orders”, as soon as the e-mail is sent. This original purchase order includes delivery charges and VAT.
THE PERFUMERY will ask its customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or centre where they want the product to be delivered. The delivery time varies between 24 and 72 hours of working days.
THE PERFUMERY will inform the customer of the withdrawal of the order from the distribution warehouse by sending an e-mail.
Each delivery is considered to have been made as soon as the product has been made available to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then to make all reservations and complaints that appear justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package, if it has been opened or if it has obvious signs of damage.
Reservations and complaints should be addressed to THE PERFUMERY by e-mail to the address you will find on the THE PERFUMERY website.
All products sold may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Law.
The customer must first indicate his intention by e-mail. THE PERFUMERY will reply by another email specifying the precise instructions for the return of the product.
The costs of return will be borne by the customer.
The refund on the customer’s account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods by THE PERFUMERY .
In no case may the goods supplied be returned if they have clearly been put to use.
The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by THE PERFUMERY in the instructions for returning the product sent by e-mail.
In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier because it is understood that the product whose return is intended to have been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return.
Packages that do not contain any accompanying information identifying the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) may not be returned.
The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.
Through THE PERFUMERY you can return the products purchased for the amount of the same. Once the returned products have been received, THE PERFUMERY will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to the payment of the amount paid minus the shipping costs (7 € VAT included), regardless of the amount of the returned product.
Anyone returning your product will receive an email informing them of the amount of your refund.
The guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November which approves the text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. According to this rule, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in conformity with the contract, and is liable to him for any lack of conformity. The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, to replace it, to reduce the price or to terminate the contract.
Liability, litigation and applicable law
THE PERFUMERY cannot be held liable for breach of the contract concluded in the event of stock-outs or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding or fire. In the event of a dispute, the member will contact THE PERFUMERY as a matter of priority to obtain an amicable solution.
The Courts of Barcelona are the only competent courts. These general conditions of sale shall be interpreted in Spanish and shall be made in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement that may arise as a result of its validity, interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, to which exclusive jurisdiction is expressly granted.
Modification of the general conditions of sale
THE PERFUMERY reserves the right to modify the general conditions of sale without prior notice, and may change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they appear presented or located on its servers.
These changes must be accepted by the User each time he makes a purchase through the page THE PERFUMERY .
Members of the “Comunidad Privada de THE PERFUMERY” who do not agree with the modifications of the general conditions, must notify us and, as of the date on which the new version will come into force, must stop using the services of THE PERFUMERY . In the event of any of the terms of the general conditions being illegal or unenforceable, it shall be null and void and what has been agreed by the parties and, failing that, what is set forth in the Spanish Civil Code shall apply.
