THE PERFUMERY ships internationally to any country in the world with the exception of: Argentina, Turkey, North Korea, Cuba and Venezuela due to the complexity of customs in these countries. We do ship to Russia and Ukraine but due to their current situation there may be delays.

When shipping orders outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be applied by customs in the destination country. Although we do our best to avoid this and the customer rarely has to pay customs fees, we are not responsible for the payment of these taxes in the event that they are applied. THE PERFUMERY has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

Delivery process and tracking

Orders are delivered by the end of the day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, to be processed and on the move the following day.

All orders include a tracking number which will be provided to the customer by email at the time we deliver the order to the distributor. The customer will be able to track the order throughout the entire process.

Throughout the shipping process the customer will receive an email informing them of any change in the status of the order, including receiving an SMS at the initial and final stages of the order.

Correos tracking numbers do not inform of all the points through which the package passes from the office of origin to the office of destination. In international shipments outside the European Union, from the moment it leaves the customs office in Spain to the customs office in the destination country, the status is not updated. This does not mean that the package is stopped but that it is on its way.



THE PERFUMERY will do its best to satisfy all its customers in the demand of the products.

In case of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email of the approximate waiting time for the reception of the product. If the customer decides not to wait, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded through the payment method used for the purchase.

In the case of free samples, if any sample of choice is not available THE PERFUMERY will choose a sample similar to the one chosen.



Packages will be delivered to the shipping address specified in the order. In case of absence of the recipient during delivery, a notification will be left in the mailbox or the distributor will indicate by email a collection point nearby.

It is the customer’s responsibility to collect the order. We are available to provide all necessary information, but cannot assume responsibility for failure to collect the package.

The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available on THE PERFUMERY , once the payment has been confirmed, which can be viewed via the link: “My Orders”, as soon as the e-mail has been sent. This original purchase order includes delivery charges and VAT.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to test the perfume before purchase. Once you have opened the perfume and used it, we cannot accept returns if you simply do not like the scent. We recommend that you carefully consider your choice before purchasing the product. However, if there is a defect or problem with the perfume, we will be happy to help you resolve it in accordance with our returns policy for faulty products.

Returns will only be accepted in the case of defective products and erroneous shipments, being THE PERFUMERY who will take charge of the shipping costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within seven days from the date of receipt of shipment.

The return shall not be possible under any circumstances if the products supplied have clearly been used.

The products must be returned correctly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by THE PERFUMERY in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.
